Vendor Policy

• Vendor fees are non-refundable for any reason, including cancellation or no-show. If the event is canceled by the organizers, full refunds will be issued.

 

• Vendors must maintain professionalism and respectful conduct at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or aggressive conduct will not be tolerated.

 

• No counterfeit or proxy cards may be sold. Any vendor selling or displaying forged, counterfeit, or stolen merchandise will be removed without refund.

 

• All items sold must relate to trading cards, collectibles, or hobby merchandise. This is an all-ages event — sexually explicit, pornographic, or suggestive material is not permitted.

 

• Vendors are responsible for securing their own property. The NOVA TCG Exchange and the venue are not liable for injury, loss, or damage.

 

• Keep your area clean and dispose of trash properly. Leave tables and chairs as you found them.

 

• Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and illegal substances are not permitted inside the venue.

 

• By participating, vendors consent to being photographed or filmed for event marketing and promotion by NOVA TCG Exchange.

 

• If found in violation of an event policy, NOVA TCG Exchange hold the rights to cancel vendor tables without refund.
